Ottawa Citizen’s summer publication
Researching and writing numerous articles for the summer publication during the past three years, highlighting Perth’s Stewart Park Festival, the Heritage Mica Festival at Murphy’s Point Provincial Park, Fractional Cottage Ownership, Prince Edward County, orchids in Lanark County, Almonte Celtfest and more.

Tourism web content
Co-ordinating, researching, writing web content including blog posts, articles and press releases for tourism agencies, regarding events and local tourism partners.

Social media management
Maintaining both Facebook and Twitter for numerous clients ranging from small business to accommodations to the tourism associations. Social media strategy is carefully crafted to ensure it stays true to the tone of the business or community organization. Please ask for references.

McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers website
Contracted to interview managers, research and write web content for a new website the multi-disciplinary, engineering and professional services firm was undertaking. The website is conversational, professional, and attracts new clients for the MP team while also serving as a way for new talent to find the company.

Lanark Highlands Re-location Guide
Outlined, researched, wrote and edited descriptive content for the production of a re-location guide, drawing potential new residents to Lanark Highlands. Also provided original photos for the majority of the publication, attending events throughout the summer and even hiking trails in the area.
